Versatile curry is always a simple, one-dish option for cruising sailors. Whether meaty or vegetarian, it's served with as many condiments or "boys" as possible. This easy side dish is especially good with the hottest curries. Bananas add sweetness. Yogurt helps put out the fire.

2 bananas
2 tablespoons lemon juice
8-ounce carton plain yogurt
2 tablespoons shredded coconut

Cut up bananas and toss with lemon juice. Fold in yogurt and coconut.

Serves 3 to 4 as a condiment.
