Popcorn Machine

We carry a manual, hand-cranked popcorn popper because it works on any heat source from  the galley stove to a stern-mount grill to a beach campfire. If you use microwave popcorn, get the lightest available.

1 stick butter
1 cup buffalo wing sauce
1/2 teaspoon Tabasco
Dry ranch seasoning mix
Unseasoned popcorn

In a small pan stir butter, sauce and Tabasco until butter melts. Makes 1 1/2 cups. This is enough for about 8 batches of popcorn at 4 cups each. Sprinkle hot popcorn very lightly with ranch seasoning Toss to mix, then drizzle with the butter mixture and toss lightly to mix well. Caution:  a little goes a long way. Too much and popcorn will be greasy.

Refrigerate leftover sauce and warm gently to use it again.
